star wars jar jar in carbonite - anyone seen this card it's on before?

Found this at a local thrift store today , but looking it up I can't find another one like it!
Is it a rare edition?
Is it a bootleg (copy)?

And jar jar in carbonite isn't rare, so you should have easily found it in search results..

It looks like a shortened flcker url from a third party, probably okay but as you say, unless google is broken Jar Jar in carbonite is very easy to find unless you search for fish food

This one looks fan made but there is a hasbro SDCC Exclusive jar jar carbonite figure and it’s worth a few quid to

Not clicking that dodgy link but if it's the San Diego 2012 7 pack version surrounded by those blue lightning strike backing card figures it's worth a couple of hundred smackers on it's own.
