Star wars chess set

Any of you guys have a chess set similar like this?

I've seen a set in glass, but can't find it anywhere, I want to get one for my big brothers birthday,
he's also a star wars fan, although not as big of a geek as me, he loved the lando skiff guard I got him for christmas
He's an avid chess player and I know he would love a chess set.
Hoping you guys know where I can get one at a fair price, the one pictured is way too expensive, $600 is a bit steep imo..

That's a great idea James. Using vintage figures to make a set. Who would you have?

On the good side i think i'd go -

Queen = Leia Organa
King = Luke (Farmboy)
Bishops = Ben & Yoda
Knights = Han & Chewie
Rooks = C3P0 & R2
Pawns would be Rebel soldiers, rebel commanders or Ewoks (8 needed, 8 Ewoks)

The darkside i'd have -

Queen = Emperor
King = Vader
Bishops = ERGs
Knights = Fett & any other bounty hunter or Imperial Gunner or Death Star Droid
Rooks = Imp Dignitarys
Pawns = Stormtroopers

Queen - Leia white gown
King - Luke Farmboy
Bishops - Han & Chewie
Knights - A- or B-wing pilot
Rooks - 2x Luke x-wing or Anakin and Obi 1
Pawns - Jawas or Ewoks

Black:
Queen - Emperor
King - Darth Vader
Bishops - ERG
Knights - Imperial gunner or commander
Rooks - TIE pilots
Pawns - Stormtroopers

I think I may actually do this!
