I've learned this the hard way to as this happened to me once, he didn't have the cheek to say 2 parcels didn't get delivered though, this guy is unbelievable. It's great that you have all this evidence though as that must go some way with PP and his claim.
How do you block buyers from your auctions, I've had a look at this a couple of times now but cant work it out.
Would be a great idea to have a thread that people only used to posted the names of bad buyer or seller and then a sentence to explain why to avoid them.

Hey mate. I think their is a option when you list items "Choose Block Bidders List or something like that :? but I am sure Pete or Joe or one of the guuys will point in the right place

Why dont you just buy a load of his items on a different account and then "claim" they have not turned up,play the prick at his own game,I have had this happen to me and done exactly that before now and won the case even when it had been recorded,thieving wankers :evil:
It is becoming more and more frequent as well,especially on the continent...
If you want me to buy a couple of bits from him and do this then I am more than happy to...

I think weve all learned this lesson the hard way. Last year I sold an awesome authentic Ben Kenobi autograph via Ebay. I stupidly sent it over seas without tracking and you guessed it. The seller wrote back saying nothing was received. I was out £200. I should have checked his Ebay account properly. He had a feedback score of less than 10 items. Needless to say Paypal sided with the guy and refunded the him on my behalf. I decided to boycott selling on Ebay after that. Every few months I get an email from Ebay asking for the $300 but they can go f*ck off. Iv sold alot of items on there and never f*cked anyone about with a sale. The fees I payed over the years was astronomical too. I hate the Bay now. 5 or 10 years ago I thought that place was better than sliced bread. Its much safer to just sell on the forums. Rant over. 8)

Just a point too, although this twat recieved a full refund, he also left me bad feedback, i rang ebay complained and asked for the feedback too be removed since the worm had got a full refund and ofcourse my figures, they said they could do nothing! arseholes
