Hey that sucks on the twat trying to scam you.
As pete says the chances of two packages not showing up are nil or **** all.
Apart from the delightful thought of you turning up at his door and doing reps with his head another option might be your postage receipt.
If its the same as Ireland , the receipt has the bar code. So even if it wasn't recorded you could run that and it usually says completed or not .

Apart from finding it funny that "thechosenbun" was starting threads on this piece of work when he was in fact a complete scam artist himself, all the information in this thread is really upsetting and looks like he has a track record of getting things for free.
People like this guy and our friend Ian Hamilton are typical of the kind scum of ebay that you run the risk of dealing with each and every time.
Whatever you do, do not send this guy any more figures or refunds and block him on ebay. I would imagine if he ever did have the balls to show up at your house to kick up a stink (highly unlikely) he would **** a brick when he saw the size of the bloke that opened it! (Failing that set your Mrs on him )

Yeah, i leave negative/positive feedback (so to speak). It at least lets people know what kind of a buyer they're dealing with. I also would attach their user name to any future sales saying "all are welcome to bid except *insert user name and or real name* who is a well known scam artist". :wink:

Yes, possibly. If you refer to him as a scam artist he could accuse you of slander. It wouldn't stop me tho. Do you remember that guy trying to sell the fake POTF Nikto? I set up my own sale informing people that he was a scammer selling a fake. All i got was a few messages from potential buyers thanking me for warning them. The worst that would happen is ebay would make you remove the sale. *shaking*
You hit the nail on the head really son, why is he buying more from you when he hasent received the first lot apparently! The dirty bastard is trying to take the royal piss mate, if you have his address I would go round his house, same time its not worth risking a charge sheet for the snake! Like the fellas have said take it as a lesson learnt and like you said yourself it could of been worse :wink:
