I have several signed 8x10 glossy pictures of Robert de niro which i purchased years ago from frasers of london

Sadly no
I bought them back in the 90's from frasers and they didn't come with COA
This is back in the days before the net and i chose these from glossy brochures Frasers would send in the post
I suppose back then when there weren't many dealers COA's weren't thought about
I certainly didn't think at the time but its a bit different now of course
