Hi

Does anyone know of, or have experiences with any software for archiving and sorting of collectibles ?
Looking for something that allows me to make my own criterias (condition, coo, etc) and to add pictures, all in a good looking and easy way.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Oh, and its got to be Mac compatible :)

This is probably one of the easiest database programs that should do what you want. A few years back I was playing with an older version for cataloging my collection. I'll see if I can dig up some old screen captures I did.

Edit: found it

As for Bento, is it easy to set up to the format you were using there ?

It doesn't have too deep of a learning curve to get started. I think it does help if you have some experience with databases, but there should be enough out there to pick it up.

Here's a few videos on their site. I'm sure someone has made some tutorials out there on youtube as well.

Yet! I've been nagging Tim for a while & i think a Mac version is in the pipeline. He's set this up mainly for vintage SW collectables, & some databases are already done.

Use this:

What you own home Inventory

http://www.whatyouown.org/index.html

allows you to inventory all your star wars stuff and attch all recipts to it for proof of value ect

its the best software out there

and mac version too

Home Inventory looks pretty good

Is it possible to change names on criteria ? Like change Brand to COO or similar ?
