So, someone gave me this hat...

Hey Guys,

My mom came for a visit a couple months back and came to me all excited with this hat. I know, Anakin Skywalker... Yikes. its a kids hat but its got some kind of production markings on it. Anyone have any idea what I've got here? It still has mock up tags that indicate it was developed in the UK.
