I have been debating what focus I'd like! Initially I'm just out to get a complete loose collection before I settle on anything. But then I get tempted by MOC's I see on here. I have now got 4, two droids and two Ewoks!
With my modern collecting, it was easier, I just said I would go for the best modern figure, but only from the following scenes, Jabba's Palace, Cantina, Lars Homestead, Endor, Hoth and Bespin. But you can see that this pretty much accounts for the majority of the scenes from the three films. I got greedy.
But now, I'm thinking I'd like to focus on Ewoks and droids carded. And by that I don't mean the cartoons (that'd be too expensive), just the characters. This is all subject to change though....

Do lots of research before you commit. You'd be suprised how many variations of figures there are.
Boba Fett is a great choice- but its a long hard road. There will be lots to collect- but some of them will be real tricky.

I am most probably like alot of new collectors trying to own all the loose figures.
However I am thinking about a bib Fortuna focus. Anybody know how many variations.

Bib is a cool figure, I know someone with the most insane pre production/prototype Bib focus - out of this world.
As for carded production releases, he was a 65 back release I think so you have Kenner 65/77/79 backs, Palitoy 65 back, Trilogo 70/79 back, Ledy, Meccano, I would imagine there is a PBP too.
Don't know much about loose but I would guess there are Taiwan, Hong Kong and maybe no COO figures out there..also got Ledy normal release and burgundy cape.
