Doing very well so far mate, how many have you bought up and how quickly?

I must be the slowest loose collector in the world, I still haven't completely finished my set in 5 years

no mate, been doing it for about 10 years and still not finished! :D

What do you still need? then again it's going to be a long time if you want all the figures for free

All in a week or so- that's amazing  Just stay away fom variations you are going to be serious bidding competition :) Nah the more the better :D

Fantastic stuff Slim. Fantastic!

Remember though this hobby can be like crack cocaine lol and many guys just starting off have went insane for the buzz buying up everything they can get their hands on at lightning speed before ultimately suffering hobby burn out. Older members have seen this time and time again.

It took me about 10 years to finish my basic loose set as well. Personally, I think that is part of what has helped me keep my interest in collecting. Also, I had plenty of time to decide what directions I wanted to move to after I finished the set (Luke Jedi, Mailers, Coins) :)

Congrats on getting back into collecting Slims. It is amazing how quickly your collection is growing and you were smart by getting the more expensive ones out of the way first. You've got some really nice condition figures there.

You can say that again, it's cool if you can pick up where you left off on the loose set and it keeps you hunting! Even for upgrades!

Almost treated myself to a few nice figures from Chris J actually but I don't think I should bend the budget any more this month

Wow Tatsie that's some serious cash! Not much out there for yak face and what you might find will be expensive! (Have you thought about getting them on nice condition Trilogo cards? - cheaper and the bubbles don't yellow!)

I couldn't agree more with you Joe your talking serious money to get the last 17 on POTF MOC. I just dont think its worth it now with the yellowing problems associated with POTF bubbles.

Not when you can get them on Tri Logo with minty clear bubbles for a fraction of the price.

Good Luck either Tatsie and its great to see you have the collecting bug back!

I take it you not selling off the vintage now?

Did you polish that chrome??? They're gleaming.

Are they Marigolds you're wearing :)

thanks guys ! i have completed the full set and i am now working on snowtrooper variants so if you have any for sale send me a pm !

slim
