Single stem Palitoy jedi cards

Hi. I remember a little while ago, Grant got a Luke which turned out to be a Palitoy card, Kenner bubble and PBP figure. I've just come across this one. Its a Palitoy card, Palitoy single stem bubble and a regular Fett figure.
What's the deal with the single stem bubble on the Palitoy jedi cards. I checked (and spoke to) Jasons website, but apart from Grants Luke and the Boushh/Lando Skiff long single stem bubbles, there's no single stem Palitoy Jedi cards known of.
I guess my question is, is this a one off bubble/card combo or does anyone have any others? I guess value wise, it's only worth the same as a regular Palitoy Jedi Fett. I'm not questioning the authenticity of it, as it came from a dealer with a spot on rep, just the rarity of the cardback and bubble combo.
Any thoughts appreciated, and thanks Jason and Grant for your input.

Hi Lee , i know its not a palitoy. so sorry if this means nothing but i have a single stem kenner Rotj card, which i also beleive is not the norm , as the single stem are normally on sw and esb.

Yeah, not sure why they put them on some Jedi cards. Maybe it was to get rid of old stock. Just that I've not seen this card/bubble combo before.

Jim had the upside down single stem bubble

I'd forgotten about that Hoth stormie with the upside down bubble. Seem to think that it was a Kenner bubble but I'm not sure.
