Did it really???? The only one I can see that sold at Vectis was £260 (£325).

Mwahaha, sorry to be a pedant, but this is Vintage collecting after all - the £70 was an AN back, and the £80 was a E back. Was trying to remain accurate with both being A backs

Yep I remember it selling for £800 plus commission, see link below after logging in. Complete freak of a price. I assume two people got carried away or maybe they thought it was a 30 back. This was the same sale as the infamous £7k FX-7.

This was always one of the easier figures to collect on a Palitoy 41 back, along with Lobot, Han Hoth, Rebel Commander, AT-AT Driver, Imperial Commander and 2-1B.

Definitely mate. I like the Palitoy logo. I'd be happy with mine being all 41 and 45 backs. £70 is a proper touch.
