You know it really pisses me off when these ppl who hate afa bash it every opportunity they can plus the ppl who buy afa graded stuff

i mean its simple if you dont like something dont use it... instead of acting like a baby wanting its ****ing dummy

at the end of the day whether its graded or not graded its still a ****ing toy made by the same company

lee i dont bother with afa as you know what i collect and dont need anyone telling me i have i mint fig when i know already.i dont disagree with people useing them though as its their look out and i see the point as its like a guarentee as well

i dont like afa much myself even though i own some figures as its priced a lot of figures out of the market for me which pisses me off severely but i dont go around moaning about it al day.. it seems strange how edd and dom have the power to ban spammers yet are on here less thaN anyone else
 
I think it's often the case that some of the better stuff around has been sent for grading purely because it's in good nick. I'd obviously rather pay less for an ungraded one of equal condition but usually they can't be found.
 
Am not against AFA my whole collection is AFA. The only thing that annoys me is that your paying good money to get your stuff graded at least they could update the population reports on a weekly bases
 
Most of my stuff is graded simply because you know what you are getting.I bought a nice 20 back Chewwy the other week which was ungraded and I was going to send away for grading,but there was a slight ink touch up to the front.
In fairness the seller gave me a refund no probs but it's a load of hassle that you don't need.
 
AFA is worthless to me. Tom Derby and all those guys have been at it as long as I have. I do not need their input and I certainly do not need them to pick my wallet. If you feel more comfortable having AFA graded stuff, then its your collection, so do as you want, I just dont prefer them to have their grimey hands on my collection. Yes, The RS boys majority think they are elite and Ive also seen them bash several brits on their site. Just my opinions.
 
I may be wrong but didn't Han fire 1st in the original and Greedo fired 1st in the 20th Anniversary edition where they added bits and bobs mainly at Mos Eisley.
