Shipping on ebay

Usually on ebay shipping is specified in the ad itself, but some sellers will say "contact for shipping worldwide".
If I receive a message saying shipping will be lets say 10 GBP to Norway, how do I pay it when winning an auction. Is there a column or box for me to put in "shipping" in addition to the price I pay for the item itself ?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but most sellers that post abroad usually state the postage before I bid.

Sometimes you can add the shipping yourself when paying. If not the seller needs to add it. Request an invoice from the seller make sure they know who you are by adding a message.

normally on the screen just before you confirm payment, you can request total from seller. if the seller has added this info, the screen should update at that point.
