Shipping from the UK to the USA

Hi this is going to sound a daft question but how do you go about it. On ebay I'm selling a Vintage 1978 Tomland Space People Tago Very Rare figure Starroid Raiders Space for a mate of mine. Know nothing about it apart from one sold in Japan not so long ago. Anyway I don't ship outside the UK usally but the guy has asked if I would first he has asked me to text him so I don't pay any fees. Not something I like doing as I have a good name on ebay and know they cracking right down on that. How much is postage on average and how do you work out the import fees do they pay them separately or do I have to sort that out before I post it. I know there is the Global shipping program but heard its not very good and I haven't a clue how that works. Any advice please would be great. Cheers.

There are no import fees UK to USA so nothing to worry about there, you just post as normal and complete a small customs declaration at the Post Office. Small parcel up to £50 value should be around £12-15 tracked

add the global shipping program to your sale.

you simply post to a uk ebay sorting office and they do the rest......

ebay work out the postage and charge the overseaa buyer you have do nothing.
