However, I would like to know what he means by "2 recent shipments to Europe virtually disappeared" :?

A package either disappers or it doesn't :? or maybe he means that just a very small corner of the box arrived

Ironic he would charge way more to ship within the us and less to ship to Uk. $15.00 would still be a screwin in the US.
