Selling star destroyer play set boxed

Hi,

I am selling my Darth Vader Star Destroyer playset with box, stickers and instructions. I have had this ship since I was a young boy and it is in very good condition. It has been sitting in the loft with a lot of my other ships and figures for over 30 years. The ship is complete with handles, front gun, hologram strip + bracket that holds it. The stickers are loose and are in excellent condition with no creases. The instructions are also in good condition. The box has some marks where the sellotape has been and there is still sellotape around part of the lid (I didn't want to remove it in case I damaged the box) but overall the box is in fairly good condition. I have attached photos.

I'm selling this as I wish to complete buying the complete set of figures and it is a shame for it to continue sitting in the loft.

Price £275 + postage fee £14

Nice but If you sell your boybood toys you may not think so at this moment in time but somewhere in the near or distant future, you will regret it.

He's right, you know.

That aside, lovely looking set and smashing box. So bright. Such a shame about those litho tears and, I'm guessing, lack of inserts? You'll need to have the inserts if asking that price, really.

I do have two of these ships + boxes and am planning on displaying my other ships at some point so I'm not selling off all my ships... I'm enjoying collecting the figures at the moment and am close to completing the collection (excluding the last 17 at the moment)

I based my price on the advice I was given but am happy to drop the price and consider lower offers. I'll do some more research.

I agree with chaps . It looks great - I'd be reluctant to sell if I'd had it as a kid (scrap that - I'd never sell it!).

I'd prob ask for 250 if selling but would want to pick it up for 200 :lol:

That said vehicle prices seem to have taken off lately, seems some unbelievable auctions lately which make me think I might as well pack up n go home now. Crazy money and seemingly totally random.
