I recently won another (yes 5th) Ikea Detolf cabinet for £2.14, yes £2.14.

I paid straight away. The seller didn't answer any of my messages for 4 days.
Finally she agreed that i could collect it tomorrow.
She has just messaged me to say that "Unfortunately i've just broken it, i'll refund you straight away"
Bitch, she's obviously decided to keep it or try to flog it another time!!

I answered saying
Oh, thats unfortunate.

Is it badly damaged? Can i see a photo?

Technically i own it now, maybe i'd still be able to use it

She hasn't got back to me, or refunded it.

Not a lot you can do here. Happened to me recently with a Spanish seller. Just make sure you leave a good Neg. Altho i assume a seller like this doesn't have 100% anyway...?
If you want to know what else i did to the Spanish seller to completely **** up his ebay account and cost him £££s in future earnings i'll tell you but it takes a vindictive son of a bitch.

I want to neg the helll out of her. Does that mean that she will neh me back though? I haven't done anything wrong, I bid, I won, I paid instantly. If she negs me back can I get it removed?
She does have other sales going on ending today, so annoyed.

Nooooooooooooo! That was an effin bargain!!!!!
Bad move she's doing, neg the **** out of her!!!!

Oh, edit or something, I just got home from a quiet night on the town, which turned out to be an all nighter, painting the town red and all,
Iæm furvking drunk!!!! :p

I'd still try & push for the photo. She might give in (or at least smash it up a little! 8) )
I wouldn't worry about her negging you either.

She just replied saying that it's in the skip in pieces!!!

My reply

"I'm still happy to see a photo of my cabinet in pieces.

No offence but i have experience of a few sellers changing their minds after something sold for cheaper than they had hoped for.

Thats the trouble with selling and buying on Ebay, you have to take the rough with the smooth. Some things sell for less others for much more.

The cabinet sold very cheaply, the cynic in me could wonder..."

I'll see what she comes back with.

Here the sales link, you may see something that you like?

p.s. I hope the heads ok Jorn. Don't buy anything drunk!!!!

Her reply;

"Not being funny but I am not going to go skip diving to get out pieces of broken glass and move everything on top to send you a photo.

I am actually quite offended by your forceful manner and don't really mind what your thoughts are. I will be reporting these emails to eBay as even if it wasn't the case and it wasn't broken you have no right to accuse me of anything.

I will be logging it all with eBay now."

You crack on love

Sounds like you put the frightners up her. Seems like the reaction of a guilty person to me.
Reporting your inquiry to ebay will do **** all. Leave her the neg and make sure it's all factual or ebay will remove it. No "seller is dishonest" or "seller ripped me off" it can't be proven so ebay will remove it. Be smart with your wording.

Thanks Pete.
I just left neg feedback
' My bargain buy turned sour. Seller accidentally destroyed item! Totally let down!

Totally true (if you believe her story) and justifiable!

Yeah all factual so should stick. And the most important thing is that imperfect %age for other buyers to see.
