Thing is, when we started this years ago- you could get vintage for £25.

2 years ago I thought paying £22 for a complete today and £30 for a complete Leia was a stretch. You can only get a Ewok drum now under £25.

Do you, or anyone else, think we should increase the budget?
If so what to? £30 all in? £35? Or is that getting a bit high?

I think £35 is fine and puts you in the beater Moc range which many will put on their wish list. Alas £20 can barely buy you a figure these days.

Last year I did not inc postage in the price. I was thinking is £25 not ok if it is not inc postage. I know the rules say £25 (again), inc postage
but why just not change it to the gift should cost about £25 and how much money you will use for the mail is up to the the guy who is mailing the gift.

If I should mail as a packet from denmark to some of you guys in the uk then there would be no money for a gift. So I would do as I did last year. Try to find a gift for £25 and then just mail it.

But increase the budget sounds fine to me, but as I write if you only use the £25 for the gift and do not use the that money on the mail then we have some extra money.

I know some will have to use more money for mail because some live far away and some packets are more heavy than others. But why should this guys have cheaper gifts because all the money or most of the money is used on the post office :?

Secret Santa- can I request to have a £30 GW Acrylic voucher?

Santa could I get either: £30 worth of beaters for my daughter. Any paint condition and loose limbs not a problem. Nice to have clothing accessories and no limbs missing but guns and weapons not needed.

Although If you manage to locate any foreign Panini ROTJ sticker album in displayable condition for £30, I will buy her £30s worth of beaters myself.

The beaters are fine and she'll be delighted just to get a mystery present.
