Scruffy yak

I've bought a scruffy yak but am still made up because it's a yak and as close to I'll get to rare in a while baring good fortune. My question is that it has some paint missing, should i touch it up, or leave as is?

Personally, I never alter the originals...but there are some who do so for their own reasons...each to their own I suppose...

Any Yak is a good Yak

The right decision. Congrats on the pick up.
Lack of paint mean he was probably well played with and loved. Your Yak has some character, try to imagine his story, enjoy.
