Scored out COO on mini-rigs

Hi,

I recently bought a bunch of loose mini-rig on eBay and one of the MLC-6 has a scored out COO. It just has"Made in" then it's all burnt/scored out. Any idea why or what it is. I've tried a search on google, but come up with nothing.

Just like on figures the steel mold was reused by another factory. ie. a made in Hong Kong mold was sent to Taiwan & instead of making a new mold they just modified an exsisting one.
