WTF why would you want to paint a figure that way anyway???

I have seen a forum members son who did a great job at customising, now that is acceptable.

But those on ebay are shocking !!!

They were probably done by some bored kid ages ago to be fair, who decided to paint his figures one day, unlike that numpty with his 12" Boba Fetts.
