It's Meccano, does that mean much in the mini rig market?

Not Meccano, just bi-logo.

Missing Insert and Right arm needs replacing. 1 sticker missing.

The address printed on the box is Meccano and the majority of the text is in french. Does this still mean it a Bi-logo?

Bit of research- yep, its bilogo.

Sold one recently and could barely pull $30.00 out of it. Some have it listed as "Rare" on Ebay for more around a $100. But they never sell.
