It seems that as the World becomes more violet (well it seems that way to an old man) the more we try to shield youngsters from it.
So it either isn't working or they already have the violence hardwired in?

I know it's ridiculous, isn't it? How come all the old films that were previously rated X back in my day, or 18, are now usually downgraded to 15 by the BBFC, and yet films that have been U rated for years often get upgraded to PG?
