Not very rare.
It depends what you mean by rare - you don't see many of them, you certainly see way more SW/ESB boxed Falcons. So it depends on the condition. ANY sealed Falcon is worth good money, and any opened Falcon in poor condition is worth very little.
So basically, if you have a sealed/NRFB one, nice piece
