ROTJ 65 back imperial commander unpunched moc

i just recently bought this figure
and started reading into it
i couldnt find much about it except maybe it has something to do with PBP or POCH
i dont know much about these and hope some light can be shed by a master
was just wondering if its rare or what i couldnt see many 65 backs around
good or bad i didnt pay much for it so i dont really care about the money
its just a new thing for me
