RS stipulate that the ewok spears for Wicket and Romba are different sculpts but are they?

If they are interchangeable that would help me complete my loose Romba.

I always thought that they were interchangeable. Have you got a link to the thread that says that they are different sculpts.

This might be another ewok figure that I need to complete. Its difficult to find the last 17 ewok weapons, without having to be careful about the individual sculpts.

Thanks.

It was on the RS vintage picture archive. I know what you mean about the last 17 ewok weapons - trying to find an authentic Warok bow has not been easy.

RS don't even seem 100%...

"Seemingly the same, the spear that comes with Romba is a different sculpt than the one packed with Wicket W. Warrick. It is, however, very difficult to identify one from the other, and generally considered one and the same."

I read that info when I was collecting for the first time but decided it didn't matter.

I either have two wickets or two rombas or a mixture , I guess its your own preference but its just like picking up a stormtrooper blaster for your weaponless stormie, technically its not HIS actual weapon from the card but its the weapon the figure comes with so its really only a very minor thing to worry about.

checked mine ,i have to wicket's a hong kon coo and a no coo

and have just resently freed a romba from his bubble and all have the same spear

so either theire the same or i have 3 romba' spears

OK, so I opened a Romba the other day because I couldn't handle not knowing if I had a correct spear paired up with him or not. I took a comparison pic to show the differences between the two and I know most people don't give a crapiloi but some do so here it is. Enjoy! 8)

put it to the AFA test, I bet they would grade the two figures with the same staff
Yea I think they would, I bought my Romba complete and minty so I've never really compared his staff with my wickets who again was bought complete and minty,
I might have a look now tho just out of intrest 8)

I know when I went to buy my Romba I was told it came with the incorrect Wicket staff. I've always been under the impression that they are different as shown in the photos above.
