RIP Rutger Hauer.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Very sad, I'm a huge Blade Runner fan, probably after Star Wars the next film I saw that just left me completely spellbound, right up until this day. I wasn't old enough to see it at the cinema when it was first released, my sister was so I made her tell me all about it after she got back, I had the Blade Runner annual though, and later saw it on video for the first time.

He was fantastic in the Hitcher, while the last film I saw him in was Hobo with a Shotgun on the Horror channel a while back, will be sadly missed. RIP.

Yes RIP, sorry we must have done the thread at the same time, so I also did a thread, but then Rutger Hauer was so great so he can't get enough threads 8)

This guy was a legend- the 'I've seen things...' speech in Bladerunner is one of my favourite moments in film. RIP.
