Retracted bid record?

Noticed a few graded mocs on evilbay by seller 6969daily.

However, each auction has a high amount of retracted bids (8+)

Is there something shady going on here?

Seems strange, however I am noticing more retracted bids on my items lately , to be honest I am getting pissed off with ebay overall , I try and sell most of my stuff on here

ebay is shat,im sick of sellers sending items in jiffy bags or brown crate paper and then items turn up damaged,its just a ball ache farting about trying to get full or partial refunds :evil: checking stats on sellers will send you daft,you start thinking everyone is out to shaft you ,seeing things that are not there :lol:
