Tread very carefully when touching up figures. It is genrally frouned apon. I know you are just doing it for your self but there are people who put touched up figures on ebay and sell them as mint. I got caught out badly on a 'mint' yakface only to discover it had been completly repainted.

got to totally agree ,only a small step to selling as mint.
carded as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
stay well clear.

chill dudes .... this was only a play about , ive never tryed it before and thought to give it a go, and if i ever did sell them then id be truthfull in my description , if they were worth 20 million then i might try ripping someone off if i knew they could never find the beach i was hiding on... i wouldnt get far on a couple of quid... next village maybe

u used a pilot silver marker ??

no mate pens and markers are **** and stand out a mile as they give off a purple shine... the silver is nail varnish (dont ask) and the black is an acyrilic paint (its a plastic base paint- its like liquid plastic when wet).. :D

Not restoring but more customizing... a few years back I tried to use one of those guys to make a Ysanne Isard figure.
Didn't get it finished as I lost her head.

So I have a Imp commander with boobs lying about somewhere
