AFA emailed me back saying they have reported the listing to Ebay. But looks like listing is going to be aloud to end. :roll: Price it's at now is a farce.

If AFA are just using the "report item" button in the listing then A) that won't do anything and B) they are idiots. :roll:
If they contact ebay through the proper channels and threaten legal action ebay will remove this item.

They will definitely remove the item if contacted by AFA directly. When ebay think they might get in genuine legal trouble they act fast. Contrary to how it may seem, ebay remove thousands of illegal items every day from ebay. Just never when reported by 'regular folk' via the report button. They don't care if we get ripped off, they do care if they get sued.
If anyone at AFA had more than half a brain cell this item would already have been removed.
