I may be unpopular here but I don't mind repro cardboard inserts. The original was probably binned and I bought a couple to hold the vehicle neatly in place. A loose vehicle in a box can cause the outer box to get crushed. I would never buy a fake outer box or pass a repro insert off as original.

It's the repro outer boxes with a very small mark on an inner flap which we're reporting. The inserts aren't of concern and they're marked pretty well.

Reported the boxes. He now says his boxes will say "Made by Replicator Products" on the side.

That's a small result I suppose. I'd need to see the box with the markings though to be happy.

This stuff is bad news for the hobby. Regardless of the intent, these will end up for sale as legit items on evil bay. I wish people would save up their pennies and enjoy the "thrill of the hunt" instead of taking the easy path of the dark side to collecting....

He has added in 10 point font "By replicummers or whatever the ****" in a small portion of the boxes. It is better than nothing...not that I am supporting him. Once again..this could be easily be covered up or scraped off.

Who buys this *****?! I can understand a market for a repro moc. They could work as novelty gifts or something. But to buy this you'd need to be quite specialist, and wouldn't such a person won't the real thing? It's bollocks on wheels.
