Im glad this thread has reappeared. My item hasnt arrived, was purchased at least 2 weeks before xmas.

Ive sent a pm but have had no reply despite the guy being online after my pm was sent. I was going to give him the benefit of doubt but after reading these comments and having had no reply to my pm im of the opinion weve been stitched up

Payment sent as a gift so no chance of getting that back.

How do we progress this forward?

I actually got my items a while ago but it came with a bunch of repro weapons so we agreed on a £20 refund which he wanted to pay on the 1st as this was when he got paid - I agreed to this but have had two replies since then saying the money would be over when he had it. However nothing has arrived and my last post sits unread.

If I do not hear back, and get the refund then I will open a case with paypal as I also paid via goods - hopefully he will make it right for everyone

I paid by gift so I'm in the same boat as a couple of you other guys. I really hope there's been just a slight problem here and if you're still reading this thread Daniel, I really hope you do the right thing and get in touch with people to sort this out. The people on this forum are a good bunch and will help people out with things they want to sell as long as there's no problems with the transactions.

Right guys abit more info for everyone. I originally bought the boxed Tauntaun from Daniel which i received fine n dandy. It did take an age to arrive but in his defence he has a **** load of gear to shift as you have seen and it is advertised on several forums according to his good self. I bought and paid for the boxed slave 1 and the boxed cloud car off Daniel which has not yet arrived. I paid for it on the 16th December. I have emailed Daniel twice and he has responded straight away both times to tell me that the item was posted out on the 22nd standard parcels. I have asked at the post office today and they said it still could be stashed at the depot depending on where it has come from and could still well be delivered when they get round to it.
I'm sure everyone is aware that, if you paid by paypal you can put in a dispute for money back within 45 days so he doesnt want the hassle of that surely and even tho' i am pretty sceptical at the minute, i do think the guy will come good as i stated earlier, he has already sent me an item out and lets just hope it's pure and simple everythings got on top of him. Maybe a problem with gift payments tho :?
As Iain has said above, Daniel, if you see these messages can you just reassure everyone that their items are still coming please mate or if there's a problem then all aboard the refund train?

Hi guys there is no head to worry, I've fallen a bit behind with postage over the holidays I was hoping it would be quite when I went back to work Wednesday so I could catch up but it's been bloody manic I am doing everything this weekend and everything will be posted no latter then Monday!!!

Oh dear, I reserved the cloud car as soon as I saw the post. This was all good took me till last week to pay but the guy mailed last week me saying this was still cool and our deal was still on so I sent over the payment.

Just read Chiffys post above apparently he has also paid for the same item.....

At least with the refunds finally starting to kick in we can see that Daniel is a genuine guy just a little disorganised when it comes to this sort of thing. Understandable if it's his 1st massive clearout.

I've just heard from Daniel and been sent my tracking numbers so it should all be fine. It does sound like it's all been a bit much to deal with this amount of sales at one time which is understandable.

Hopefully nobody should have a problem just as long as everyone is made aware of their personal situation.
