Removing ink from card back...possible?

Hi All,

I know this might be a ridiculous question but i thought it might be worth asking just in case.
Is there any chance of removing pen from the front of a card??
I picked up a mint unpunched removable limb C3P0 from a toy fair for a great price but #139 is wrote on the front in pen ink!!
Any ideas??

Have taken a load of felt tip off the ripped cardboard under where the bubble was removed with an ink eraser which worked ok. Can't imagine how you'd get it off the printed part of the card without making a mess of the card in the process!
