Real or no real....

I would say it dodgy the person knows nothing about it i am going to ask the person for photos to compare against my afa 1

I've never seen one of these in the flesh, but that bubble looks like the later one - used from the 12c back onwards. I always thought the 12a back had a squarer bubble???

From the photo I wasn't sure, I would be doubtful but that's mainly cos I'm a cynical bastard.

As soon as I read the "My uncle gave me this...." I thought FAKE.

Then he is offered Ã'£500 and says "WOW, I wasn't expecting so much, but I think I'll let it run"..............................................................................................................................It's a fake, and he ****ing knows rightly!

Too difficult to say without more pics but I'm very doubtful. Why would the uncle keep just this one for 30 years and it just turns out to be one of the most valuable.

Weren't there some top notch fakes made by someone in the UK a couple of years ago? :?

yeah he lives in alford

The card and bubble look too good to be genuine to me. It is unusual the way he has just listed it as a plastic / vinyl Jawa in the header with no mention of Star Wars or MOC etc. :?

its odd how people claim to know **** all but no the "key words" to get the most attention...

i love it when peeps list stuff like star wars thingy or starwars blue robot thingy etc.. thats a more genuine 2i know fek all" if you ask me

to much of a risk its a very hard to find your not going to buy 1 of some 1 who knows f**k all about star-wars I would say all the ones out there are in serious collector hands

Well its at Ã'£205 now so whoever's bidding must have an idea its real, i aksed for close up pics but haven't received any to pass on unfortunately so i take that as a bad sign!

wow it sold for Ã'£626 some 1 going to very happy they got a bargin or some 1 going to be misrable over the xmas holidays

am surprised the bidding went that high with the person knowing very little about it most these are in collectors hands not some 1 that knows nothing about it

be interesting to watch what feedback he gets.

Yeah definately worth keeping an eye on it. Or emailing the winner and asking him/her what the thing looks like when it arrives.
