Actually there is a hardcopy Blue Snag and Greedo and a protomolded hammerhead. Not sure if these are the same as the ones photographed in the catalogue.

Tracking it down was the relatively easy part. Acquiring it was the hard part. I had to make some big sacrifices and unfortunately it wasn't a liver or kidney

Thanks Jez, I would love to get my hands on one of the remaining proof cards - perhaps the 47 back or 48c back if I can locate them. I've also toyed with the idea of adding a few production pieces like a foreign MOC if I find any in good shape.
