R2-D2 No COO

Just a quick question about the relative rarity of an R2-D2 Sensorscope with no COO - how common or not and what card would this have been found on?

There are 2 different no COO, neither are rare from memory. Packaging is often too randomn to try and determine where a loose figure may have come from.
