R2-D2 Cookie Jar 1977

I have a 1977 Cookie Jar of R2-D2. I have seen two versions of this cookie jar. One has Star Wars 1977 20th century fox on it and the other has only 1977 20th century fox without the star wars on it.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is????
