R.I.P Bud Spencer

Never have I done a R.I.P thread, but I feel this is my time to.

Bit of a childhood hero for me was Bud, I don't think he or Terrance Hill were as well known in the UK for their comedy gold films, but I spent many an hour watching their films as a kid, very popular in Germany, the Italian actor was a class act & I feel a loss at his passing, must have watched "watch out we're mad"as many times as I've seen empire.

Looks like he had a good run at 86 though.

I had never heard of Bud Spencer before I travelled around Europe but my wife grew up watching his films on TV. I remember we happened to have the TV on one night and "Watch Out We're Mad" came on and she literally said "you've never heard of Bud Spencer?!" - Really enjoyed the film though! Sad to hear he has passed but he certainly achieved a lot in his life and 86 is a fantastic age to reach. RIP

Loved the 4 fists movies. To be honest I thought he was long dead though! Must have been Terence Hill.

He was so funny with Terrance Hill, If I remember correct they did 18 movies together

Some of my favorites is the Trinity movies, Ace High, God Forgives... I Don't!, Boot Hill, Crime Busters and I'm for the Hippopotamus :lol:
