Quick question on Ben

Just looking through my loosies, and noticed that the saber holding section looked a bit weird

Is this a rough finish or has it been damaged, don't know if you can tell from the pics, but it looks normal except for the rough bit

Just wondered if any one had come accross one with a rough finish from the mould or is it just damage

Its excess flashing from where the mold overfilled/was opened to quick after cooling, you get is a lot with plastics, I used to work in an injection molding factory & many items made years ago needed flash trimming on them, so although not normal, not unusual TBH Mike, you could trip it with a really sharp blade like a scalpel to make it flush, but would that be sacrilege :?
