Questions about MOCs

Just as a side note I have seen plenty of standard Kenner us carded figures without waffle patterns. These aren't strictly a sign of made in Mexico cards although all of the made in Mexico carded figs ive owned have had slick seal bubbles.

I recently bought ed a death squad commander on a standard ESB us Kenner card and it had a slick seal. It was a 41 back I believe.

Yes! Your quite right mate!! That is a 41 back and it certainly does have a slick seal
