Never played a Tombraider, might give this a go...

You need to play the first 2 mate, they are awesome, love the puzzle aspect of Tomb Raider!
After the first 2 the series lost some of the magic imo, not sure I believe the praise the new one has gotten...

Yes they are mate. "They are like side challenges but there is still plenty to find/collect. I have played on virtually all the tomb raiders and this one is right up there. Graphics and storyline are fantastic so far.

But then again I will admit I am easily pleased when it comes to games

I'm playing thru tombraider at the mo, the graphics and presentation are awesome, the gameplay is fantastic and completely diffo to the last effort but in a good way for a change. Online multiplayer is **** tho mainly cos i cant do it 8)

Fantastic game, an absolute gem. For me, it is proof that you just can't trust mainstream game reviews (all the big reviewers gave it fairly average reviews). It's unique and original, has a great ambience and visual style to it, and has the novelty of featuring a female protagonist who doesn't have gargantuan tits or who constantly needs rescuing!

Anyway, I'm not much of an online player in terms of competitive, deathmatch stuff but I absolutely love playing co-op - I'm looking for some people to play co-op Portal 2 (ps3), Gears of War 3 (360) and Left4Dead 1 & 2 (PC), so if anyone's interested in joining me on PSN/XBL/Steam I'm CheDonJohn.

There is a new Pokemon coming soon, it will be Skylanders style. Sounds interesting if only Pokemon wasn't so crap.

A Lego Star Wars game with a Skylander type Portal would be something to splash my cash on though...

Really lost all interest in ps3 gaming, kind of just waiting to see what the next gta has to offer and even then won't probably hold my attention for long, seem to tire of gaming to easily these days........
