Yes, I agree with most of that. Overall Spurs were the better side, but for the last 20 minutes or so West Ham unquestionably were. One of my long-standing bug-bears with Spurs is their seeming inability not to switch off for the last 30 minutes when winning games. They were 3:0 up and dominating, yet after the third goal they started acting like they'd already won the game; that there were only 30 seconds left instead of 30 minutes. They stopped all the positive play and good work they had been doing for the first hour and instead sat back and invited needless pressure, gifting West Ham possession and confidence. They started back-passing (my number one pet hate for Spurs) and sending it back to Gazzaniga, and generally relaxed into lazy, comfortable and far less effective play. If there's one thing I'd like to see Mourinho change at Spurs it's that. If he can motivate them to play right until the final whistle, even when leading comfortably, they will become a seriously threatening side.
