Posting Pic's on Rebelscum

Hey guys.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Mod's, please move it if you see fit.

I think it might be me being thick but I am having trouble posting pic's on Rebelscum. Can anybody tell/show me how to do it. I'm sure I have done it in the past but at the moment I am stuck.

Ah ok, so the same as I do on here. Thought that's what I had done but it didn't work.
