Popy auction (Just missed out)

I just missed out on this for €115. Went for 118. I'm not sure how much they go for but i think i may have missed out on a decent price. Should i have bid more? How much would one, unsealed, in this condition normally go for?
Really have no idea about these things but i want to get hold of one next year. Preferably an R5D4. 8)

I think at around $100...that it was a good prices as the box looks great and everything is there.

Personally any Popy in complete and good condition at around $100 - $150 price range is a good price.

The han hoth is one of the more comman ones that can be found but even so this would have been a good purchase. Collecting a complete set of these is a hell of a mission. I hae 2 so far and starting out on this as a mission. The info I have gathered so far seems to state the rarity as:

Common
Chewbacca
Han Hoth
Luke Skywalker
Luke X-Wing
Luke Bespin

Less Common
Boba Fett
C-3PO
Darth Vader
Han Solo
R2-D2

Rare
Death Star Droid
Hoth Stormtrooper
R5-D4
Rebel Soldier
Stormtrooper


Although there has been some discussion on the rebel soldier and if this should be in the Rare or uncomman category. I have just received mine in the post so dont need to worry about that one

Well good luck with it Steve. I love the popys. There's a really nice R5D4 on ebay.com but it's not cheap. Would love to own one of those.

Pete,

My Popy collection is now up to 3 - Chewie, Han Hoth and Rebel Soldier.

I have spent some time today sorting out the collection room and getting most of my items back on display. Still got laods of my chewie items that I am selling and have now moved them out of the cabinets. Still need to spend a little more time getting the cabinets looking as I want and then i will post some pics on the limelight section to show where i am at,

I don't think they came sealed. My old Luke Bespin had no sign of once being sealed from memory.
