Thing is, if he'd stayed away from the Poon Troopers and the Boba Fett stuff then I don't think he'd get any grief for the Vlix's especially as they are clearly marked. However, just like Orme - greed got in the way and there is no point in him washing his hands of it now - damage has been done

Yeah he seems to be missing the point that the value of collectables is in the desirability of an original, not the sum of its parts. A fake Rolex isn't worth hundreds or thousands of pounds, neither is a fake Star Wars figure.

I admit I have a Poon trooper that I bought off Walkie so I could have one just to go in the Droids collection.

I will say I like the box and how this figure looks in the box, but I agree for $100, its way off the mark price wise. 70 odd ££ for something that really holds no value at all in the market place is crazy.
