If you dont read RS. I was counting sold real vintage Stromtroopers. If those numbers dont convince all the idiots actually liking them then I will give up!!

I think you all assume every one out there buying Stromtroopers is a member here and a very well educated collector!
Do "normal" people, people who buy one or two figures because they had them in their childhood etc, exist in your worlds???

Just for fun I counted sold loose 3 3/4" Stormtroopers only on ebay (worldwide) in the last week. That means only loose figures, only figures that were actually sold, and only Stromtroopers (single, in Stromtrooper lots, or in imperial lots): 75 Figures sold worldwide.

That means 3900 loose 3 3/4" Stromtrooper figures are sold within a year worldwide only on ebay!!! You dont think that ALL of those buyers do know the differences or heard about Poon etc?!?!?!?

I simply cannot see anything good, anything funny or anything cool to that Poon Troopers.

Problem on RS at times is one rule for some one for others, hence why the thread on Joe Y, Turkit went on for as long as it did, even with some really harsh wording going on.

Anyway back OT, Bootlegs IMO are those produced during the time of the Vintage line, anything really late 1980s is reproduction, then when these are fobbed off as the real thing then fakes.

Customs are customs, no issue as lets be honest anyone thinking a Rancor Skin MOC was produced during the Vintage line really needs shot!

And as twats like Poon have better techno, molds over the next 5 years Repros are going to be a nightmare, which is why anyone promoting sales, or links to repros does not understand the full effect it has on the collecting community.

What I dont understand is how they can get away with it on Ebay, Versace, Armani fakes are hounded by trading standards and now Ebay due to the press over the years. But you can easily sell Repro Star Wars figures without a worry????????

I tryed many times reporting links, never had one that Ebay took down.....

Tis fecked, and RS let that thread stay on which is totally against their so called rules, as its promoting reproductions..............

Oh ****, a re mold is not a good thing, if they have re tooled it once I am convinced they will do it again & again till every vintage coo has been replicated :evil: that's just purely killing it & will make I.D'ing them a mare beyond belief, one question is if they have remover the Hong Kong why oh why not just totally remove the coo & maybe (in a responsible rational world) actually replace the coo with the word reproduction or at the very least the actual year of manufacture :?:

Has anyone bought any of these so we can have a comparison that can be added to the thread I made up with the differences between them (which I asked to be stickied & I now can't find?? - help).

Were obviously not talking about things people make for their own collection. If someone wants to make a repro box for their ATA, so what. If that person starts mass producing those boxes and selling them. That a VERY different matter... obviously. :roll:

Yes...................I responded. Josh has a soft spot in his heart for me :lol: :lol: .......anyways...Josh stating that my collection is "Full" of repros is a bit insulting. My collection is genuine. I have knocked out many customs and as you all well know a few items I could never afford or be willing to pay the price for. All my production stuff is 90% real. Lets see...and I may miss something (as I am sure somebody will point out) I reproduced the sandcrawler box, the german three pack, the Uzay figures, a couple proof sheets, a blue snags that is a one off and went to a guy on here who could not afford a real one (the limbs do not move and it was hand painted) and the rest is custom **** that never existed. I know Joshy reads this forum........so Josh where in the **** is my warm wet kiss and reach around you owe me??? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I do not have a problem with Josh......he is as much of ass as I am. He crossed the line with Edd calling him a criminal...and Edd kicked him out of here.
