Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem but my button where it says I have either a "new pm" or "no new pm" is constantly telling me I have "new pms" and I don't

Anyone else?

Is your inbox full??
If your inbox is full any new PMs will be on hold until you clear free space by deleting some old messages. Then you'll have to "release" the new PM. This option will be at the top of your messages in your inbox.

Nope, it's not full, just double checked. It's no big deal... I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same thing?

I still can't find a delete button to clear some PMs Anyone help please ?

Down the bottom of your inbox James. Select messages first by ticking the boxes next to the messages you wish to delet then go to the box at the bottom, open it up and select "delete".

Im displaying a New PMs message and I dont have nay new messages.... deleted some to make room but nothing :?

I deleted a tonne the other day Ed and it now seems to be fine :?

Cheers Nick- I deleted forty odd pms and although it didnt work straight away it has done the job this morning.

You can open a new folder for PMs & store more than 200. I can't remember how to do it, I'm pretty sure Joe explained it once.

Got the pm thing happening on my account now as well :? & its a right pain as you have to constantly check your pm's - Bored!
