'Plastic Galaxy'

I really liked it.

Will be recording an interview with the director for Novembers Podcast :)

Its just great to se video of star wars toys and listen to fans :)

I enjoyed it a great deal. Part of my collection now.

Got to stay with the director - Brian Stillman in New York in June just gone. Brian and Mary are lovely people and Plastic Galaxy is as a definitive documentation of the history of vintage Star Wars as Sansweet's From Concept, to Screen, to Collectible in my opinion.

Just thought I'd bump this thread - I was looking to buy the DVD, but you can now download it from iTunes - as the others have said, well worth a watch, really enjoyed it! :)

Tim.

We finally managed to do an interview with the director Brian Stillman which will be out on the Star Wars Forum UK podcast in around 5 to 7 days. Fascinating bloke and a really good interview so be sure to check it out as well as the documentary

Great stuff - look forward to hearing that!

Finally got around to watching it and really enjoyed it. Not what I was expecting, I'm glad it focused more on the history and Kenner employees etc rather than simply being an idiot's guide to SW collecting, which is all it would have been in one hour. Good to put some collector faces to names too.
