Hello All,

I have a question for the experts out there because I am far from! When the Phantom Menace first came out on VHS/DVD, the retail store I was working at had a couple of massive promotional posters set up at the front. |I asked if I could keep them, they allowed me too, and I had stored them safely in one of my closets. I have been cleaning out my crap shack and I came across the two that I had saved.

They are both about 7ft in length, and one is made of a hard, flexible plastic. I even have the top and bottom frame pieces to hang it up. The second one is made of a vinyl material and is also about 7ft in length. They have graphics on both sides and aren't beat up in any way.

I searched and searched and couldn't find any answer about how much they could be worth, if anything at all.

I posted the pictures of them and any answers would be awesome! Thanks people, and take care!

Hi, I'm afraid the news is not good. Generally speaking, prequel stuff is worth very little. There are collector for it but these aren't rare or that sought after. I doubt they're even worth a tenner each.

I think these are pretty cool... I'd happily pay £30 for the pair. The main issue I would say about these is the size of them - it would be quite tough to have them on display.

Hey, thanks for the quick replies! I have a buddy who is a huge Star Wars fan, but his kids are even nuttier about it. Of course they are younger and they can relate more to the "post" movies than the ones from the 80's. I'll sell them for cheap then. I was just curious before I got rid of them because you never know.

And yeah, they are quite large. These were the banners hung at the front of the store at the time, so like I said, they are a good 7ft-7 1/2ft. Would look cool in a basement.
