I have recently purchased a t shirt off ebay ( sorry for it being off topic) and the seller advertised it as BNWT.The t shirt arrived and it had a half in ch pull/hole on it. I tried to sort it with the seller, however no reply.

I opened a case with paypal and as you might have guessed he replies.
He says i won't get a refund, as it's not his responsibilty once posted.
He said it was advertised as new, and it was when it left him
The packaging as poorly done as it was didn't seem to have any damage.
Therefore i'm 99 percent sure it was there from day one and he's either not seen it himself or tried to hide the truth.

Any idea what happens with cases like this?

see if you can claim back off post office ,if not just kill him

did we have a good/bad ebayer part on old forum to out all the scum bags or have i seen it on another site

ive claimed that way u gotta do it with 21 days or summat

also notify fleabay
